Overview

This website and store are operated by Southwest Suns. By visiting southwestsuns.com or purchasing merchandise through the store, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any policies referenced on the site.

Store Purchases

Merchandise purchases are retail transactions. They are separate from charitable contributions to Southwest Suns, even when proceeds from merchandise support the organization’s programs and operations.

We may update product availability, pricing, descriptions, or other store information when needed to correct errors or reflect changes in production.

Products and Made-to-Order Production

Many Southwest Suns products are made to order. Product colors and print appearance may vary slightly from screen previews because displays, garments, and production methods vary.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size information before ordering.

Orders and Payment

An order is not complete until payment is successfully authorized. We may cancel or refuse an order when required because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, product unavailability, or other operational issues. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, weather, inventory availability, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional information.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, replacements, and claims are governed by our Refund Policy. Because merchandise is made to order, buyer’s-remorse returns and size or color exchanges are generally not accepted.

Intellectual Property

The Southwest Suns name, logos, original graphics, merchandise designs, text, photographs, and other original site content are owned by or licensed to Southwest Suns unless otherwise stated. They may not be reproduced, sold, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the site for unlawful activity, interfere with site security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, or misuse site content or services.

Third-Party Services

The store uses third-party services, including Shopify for ecommerce and fulfillment, payment, and shipping providers. Those services may have additional terms and privacy practices that apply to their portion of a transaction.

Disclaimer and Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the site and store are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these terms and our posted policies. Southwest Suns is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delays caused by third-party carriers or services.
