How do smaller gifts help?
Gifts of $25, $50, $100, $275, $550, and $1,100 combine toward the same first $1,100 funding objective. No amount represents a promised number of meals, athletes, or service dates.
Where will my gift go?
Campaign gifts support approved Game Day Fuel costs: food, hydration, delivery, and program coordination. Southwest Suns selects eligible cohorts and controls spending. Gifts do not go directly to Highland, an individual athlete, or another team.
The $1,100 milestone is the first funding target, not a published fundraising total. Any surplus remains for approved Game Day Fuel purposes; a future campaign will be announced separately.
How will progress be reported?
We will track campaign receipts, processing fees, net funds, and approved program expenses separately. Public progress and impact reports will use verified records.
A reconciled fundraising total is not yet published. We will label funding goals, confirmed receipts, and completed delivery separately.
What if I also have merchandise in my cart?
Campaign gifts use a separate checkout from merchandise. If shop items are in your cart, complete or save that order first. The giving page protects your basket before opening the donation checkout.
What happens after I give?
Keep your transaction confirmation and contact Southwest Suns if you need help with an acknowledgment. A merchandise order confirmation is separate from a charitable-gift acknowledgment.
Can I offer supplies or a larger gift?
Use our partnership inquiry to discuss food, water, supplies, logistics, sponsorship, or a larger gift. An inquiry creates no payment or commitment.
