Help deliver Game Day Fuel.
Businesses and community organizations can help Southwest Suns reach the first $1,100 milestone through larger gifts or approved food, water, and delivery contributions. Highland Boys Basketball is the initial approved cohort. Southwest Suns selects cohorts, accepts suitable resources, and manages delivery.
Contact us to confirm current quantities, food-safety requirements, timing, and any recognition before making an in-kind commitment. Sponsorship with benefits is documented separately from a charitable gift.
Contribute useful goods, services, space, expertise, or logistics.
In-kind relationships work best when the contribution matches an actual program need. Southwest Suns should document what is being provided, how it will be used, and whether any recognition or reciprocal value is part of the arrangement.
Collaborate around access, delivery, or youth development.
Schools and youth-serving organizations may collaborate with Southwest Suns around approved program delivery, participant pathways, facilities, referrals, coach development, or other mission-aligned work. Each collaboration should define roles and safeguards before implementation.
Bring practical coach learning into your organization.
The core Coach Development learning is free. Organizations may separately purchase facilitation, cohorts, implementation, adaptation, measurement, or custom application.

Our current charitable funding request is Game Day Fuel. Institutional gifts and grants must have documented terms Southwest Suns can administer. Program delivery and Coach Development collaborations remain available through their separate pathways.
Relationship Definitions
- Sponsor: provides cash or in-kind support under a sponsorship arrangement that may include recognition or benefits.
- Donor: makes a charitable gift to Southwest Suns without purchasing a commercial benefit of equivalent value.
- Program partner: collaborates in delivery, access, expertise, facilities, referrals, or another defined program role.
- In-kind partner: provides approved non-cash goods or services.
- Institutional customer: purchases organizational Coach Development services or another approved earned-revenue service.
- Grant funder: provides institutional charitable funding under documented grant terms.
