What an organizational engagement can include

Not included by default: employee surveillance, a learning-management system, custom software, mandatory learner accounts, or individualized performance monitoring.

Organizational work should help coaches connect learning decisions to actual team expectations, leadership conversations, and coaching routines. Any custom transfer structure should be documented in the scope before the engagement begins.
Measurement
Measure what the engagement can reasonably support.
Depending on scope, Southwest Suns may report participation, completion, aggregate feedback, implementation activity, and other agreed measures. Claims about behavior change or organizational outcomes require evidence beyond attendance or completion alone.
