Made-to-Order Fulfillment
Southwest Suns apparel is made to order. Most orders are fulfilled within approximately 2–5 business days before shipping. Fulfillment time can vary during high-volume periods or when a product is temporarily unavailable.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping time depends on the destination, product availability, and carrier service. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates rather than guarantees.
When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information after your order leaves the fulfillment facility.
Multiple Shipments
Items in the same order may occasionally ship separately if they are fulfilled from different facilities or become available at different times.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect or insufficient address.
International Orders
International delivery times vary by destination. Customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country.
